Warm and welcoming exterior architecture

The wood exterior cladding, painted a warm green, accentuated by white moldings, evokes the authenticity and relaxed lifestyle typical of Quebec country homes. The double-sloped metal roof reinforces the traditional character while ensuring excellent weather resistance.

At the front, a large covered terrace spans the entire width of the house, ideal for enjoying summer days sheltered from the sun or rain. Upstairs, a front balcony overlooks the entrance, offering a pleasant view and adding undeniable charm to the architectural ensemble. At the rear, there is also access to the exterior from the ground floor, extended by a small covered patio, perfect for relaxing in complete privacy.

This country house model does not have a garage, making it compact and accessible, ideal for a second home or a main home project on a medium-sized lot.

A functional and bright interior on three levels

The interior layout of this country house model has been intelligently designed to maximize living space while ensuring comfort and functionality. With 1,345 square feet of living space, this residence is spread over three levels: a full basement, a bright ground floor, and a mezzanine offering great design possibilities.

Upon entering the ground floor, one discovers an open living area consisting of the living room and kitchen. The living room, located at the front, benefits from abundant natural light thanks to its south-facing windows. It opens directly onto the covered terrace, creating a beautiful continuity between the interior and exterior.

Upstairs, there is access to a mezzanine open to the living room, which can be used as a relaxation area, reading nook, or games room. A large enclosed room serves as an office or additional bedroom, and is flanked by two identical storage rooms, ideal for storing seasonal equipment or personal archives.

Finally, the unfinished basement, with a size equivalent to the footprint of the house (28' x 30'), provides ample storage space or an extension for future customization. It is accessible via a central staircase from the ground floor and already includes the installation for a central heating system, a water heater, and an electrical panel.
